Investor Relations Assistant
Location:

Salary: $150K – $200K + Bonus
Prestigious Private Equity firm seeks an Investor Relations Assistant to join their Team!
Responsibilities Investor Transfers & Wire Instruction Updates- Support the administrative process for investor transfers and wire updates.
- Coordinate documentation collection, verification, and input with internal stakeholders, including Legal and Compliance.
- Monitor the general Investor Relations email inbox and triage incoming messages.
- Draft and send timely, accurate, and professional responses to routine investor inquiries.
- Log all relevant correspondence and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Maintain and update investor records, contact details, and activity logs in the firm’s CRM system (Dynamo), ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Track all investor interactions, requests, and key deadlines to support effective relationship management.
- Assist in completing standard due diligence questionnaires and requests for proposals.
- Coordinate responses across internal teams including Legal, Compliance, Marketing, and Investments.
- Maintain the RFP response library and templates to ensure up-to-date, high-quality materials.
- Ensure submissions meet formatting, branding, and quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Assist in creating, formatting, and updating investor presentations, pitchbooks, and internal reports in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Help prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics for investor meetings, roadshows, and events.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the firm including Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, and Investments, to ensure a coordinated and responsive approach to investor needs.
- This is a dedicated Client Service career path. Professional growth is focused on expanding responsibilities, expertise, and leadership within the client service function.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in investor relations, client services, RFP writing, or financial operations.
- Knowledge of asset management, private equity, or alternative investments is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools a plus.
