Uber is seeking a Senior Associate on the Corporate Finance team to own planning, forecasting, and analysis for total compensation across its global workforce. You will partner with Compensation, Equity, Benefits, and People to pressure-test assumptions and translate them into a consolidated forecast used to manage P&L, margin, and profitability commitments.
You will own the compensation and SBC forecast, share count/dilution analysis, and price annual cycles with People.
