They analyse financial statements, build valuation models, monitor market developments, and prepare detailed investment recommendations for portfolio managers and clients.
They work closely with senior investment professionals to develop portfolio strategies, assess economic conditions, and track investment performance. Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret complex financial information are essential for success. Experienced Investment Analysts may advance to roles such as Senior Investment Analyst, Portfolio Manager, Equity Research Manager, or Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
