FP&A Manager- Top-Performing Hedge Fund

Our client is a global investment firm managing over $60bn in AUM, with a long-standing reputation for exceptional performance and attracting some of the industry's top talent. As the business continues to grow, they are making a significant investment in their finance infrastructure and are looking to hire the first dedicated FP&A professional to build and shape the function.

This is a rare opportunity to create an FP&A capability from the ground up within one of the world's leading hedge funds. Working directly with senior finance leadership, you'll establish budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while developing the reporting, modelling, and analytical frameworks that will support decision-making across the firm.

The role offers broad exposure across the business, partnering closely with leaders to provide insight into financial performance, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives. You'll have the autonomy to improve existing processes, introduce new tools, and help define how FP&A operates as the platform continues to scale.

• 7-10+ years of FP&A experience within a hedge fund or buy-side firm
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling experience
• Comfortable partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions
• Someone who enjoys building processes, improving infrastructure, and creating scalable solutions
