This is a pivotal moment to join our team as we are experiencing billions in financing volume, and we are now expanding our footprint. The role reports directly to our SVP of Commercial Real Estate in NYC and works alongside our entire CRE team on hotel debt transactions nationwide.

You will support and execute live transactions, by structuring dealswith a modern fintech platform designed specifically for hospitality. This is a launchpad for someone who wants to grow a career in hotel capital markets.
Key Responsibilities- Deal Support & Execution: Assist in the full transaction lifecycle, from initial screening through closing, helping to prepare terms, coordinate diligence, and execute deals efficiently.
- Underwriting & Analysis: Utilize our internal underwriting procedure and collaborate with our technology team to evaluate hotel financial performance, analyze property metrics, assess sales comparables, and build financial models.
- Offering Materials: Generate institutional-grade lender packages and marketing materials that present transactions clearly and compellingly.
- Relationship Support: Manage relationships with lenders, hotel owners, developers, and including follow-ups, status updates, and pipeline tracking to help drive repeat business.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate, capital markets, commercial mortgage brokerage, investment banking, lending, or a related analytical finance role. Exposure to the hotel or hospitality asset class is a plus.
- Location: Based in New York City to work alongside our team at HQ
- Technical: Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, solid understanding of real estate cash flow fundamentals, and the ability to analyze property-level financials. Familiarity with hotel metrics (RevPAR, DSCR, DY).
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, sharp attention to detail, and strong organizational skills for managing multiple transactions at once.
