Join Mirana Ventures as the foundational US hire to lead investment efforts from New York City. You will actively deploy a fresh $100M fund, sourcing and leading direct deals from Pre-Seed to Series A. This role offers the unique opportunity to build a US footprint while leveraging Bybit's massive global distribution network.

• Full-cycle ownership as the first US-based investment hire, with the mandate to build the firm's presence and network in the world's largest financial hub.

• Join a high-conviction team investing in category-defining protocols like Ethena, Mesh, and Monad, while collaborating with top-tier fund-of-fund partners globally.

• Source and lead 10-12 direct investments per year across the DeFi, stablecoin, payments, and programmable money landscapes.
• Own the entire investment process end-to-end, from initial founder engagement and deep-dive due diligence to closing and post-investment support.
• Act as the primary bridge between US-based startups and the Asian crypto ecosystem, facilitating strategic partnerships and distribution through the Bybit and Mantle networks.

• Has 4-6 years of experience investing in crypto or fintech at a respected venture fund, or a demonstrated track record as a top-tier operator or angel scout.
• Possesses deep domain expertise in financial infrastructure, including a sophisticated understanding of tokenized capital markets, on-chain credit protocols, and payments.
• Operates with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of sourcing their own deal flow and navigating complex diligence without needing partner-level direction.
