RETS Associates, on behalf of our client, an institutional investment firm focusing on Class A Office and Retail, is seeking an Associate on their Asset Management team located in New York, NY
. The Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical support to drive asset value through leasing, development, redevelopment, financings, and dispositions. The Associate will gain experience working for a “best in class” institutional firm working on transactional asset management duties with office and retail product. This position is 5 days per week in office.
- :
Bachelor's in real estate, finance, business, economics, accounting, or mathematics - .Minimum of 3-6 years of experience within an investment bank or real estate investment fir
- mExperience with cash flow modeling in Excel. ARGUS preferred
- .High level of initiative, integrity, and strong work ethic
