M&T Bank -  - Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service at the branch and resolve routine customer problems in a timely manner;
Balance and process customer transactions accurately;
Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities;
Engage in lobby management and greet customers while addressing immediate needs;
Process branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers;
Perform AML/KYC processes and maintain regulatory/compliance standards;
Promote M&T Bank brand and maintain internal controls and audit readiness;
Log and address customer complaints in appropriate systems
