We're working with one of the world's leading crypto market makers to hire an experienced Options Trader to help build and scale a rapidly growing options business.

You'll be trading and managing risk across crypto options, perpetuals and futures while researching volatility, skew and relative value opportunities. The role offers genuine ownership of strategy development, close collaboration with engineering, and the opportunity to help shape a high-performing trading desk from the ground up.

We're looking for traders with:

• 3+ years' options market making experience at a leading proprietary trading firm
• Strong understanding of options pricing, volatility and risk management
• Excellent quantitative and analytical ability
• Python skills are a plus, or the willingness to learn quickly
• An entrepreneurial mindset and desire to have a direct impact on P&L
