Talentedge are partnering with one of New York's fastest-growing cloud infrastructure companies on the appointment of an FP&A Manager.
Having recently completed a successful Series B funding round, this high-growth cloud infrastructure SaaS company has established itself as a leader in enterprise cloud storage. Backed by leading VCs, the business is scaling rapidly, expanding internationally and investing heavily across Product, Engineering and GTM.
Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, you'll play a key role in FP&A, partnering with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making, commercial performance and business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership, influence executive-level decisions and help build a best-in-class finance function within a fast-scaling SaaS business.
Responsibilities- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
- Build financial models to support growth, hiring, product investment and international expansion.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance and resource allocation.
- Deliver board, investor and executive reporting with actionable financial insights.
- Monitor and analyse key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, Gross Margin, CAC, LTV, Magic Number and cash burn).
- Perform scenario modelling to support pricing, product launches and strategic investment decisions.
- Improve FP&A processes through automation and reporting enhancements.
- Support fundraising and strategic finance initiatives in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Outstanding academic background.
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Services or Strategic Finance.
- Previous experience within a venture-backed SaaS or cloud infrastructure business is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and operating metrics.
- Exceptional financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, Pigment, Net Suite, SQL, Power BI or Python is advantageous but not essential.
