Overview

• The Emerging Companies & Growth practice advises startups, emerging companies, venture capital partners, and other institutional partners across the full entrepreneurial lifecycle, from formation and early-stage financings through public offerings and beyond.
• The practice leverages a market-leading global platform with deep expertise in innovation industries like tech, biotechnology, life sciences, and next-gen manufacturing, operating in all key US and global venture and growth capital hubs.
• The practice advises on hundreds of emerging company financings annually totaling billions of dollars, drawing on deep relationships with leading venture capital and growth equity firms to connect investors with innovators through various financing structures, including angel, seed, structured debt, and equity solutions.
• The firm positions clients for optimal liquidity events by leveraging its strength in capital markets and M&A, and has pioneered new public listing methods such as direct listings and deSPACs.
• Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in emerging growth companies, public companies, and/or capital markets.
