Overall 6Y+ experience on banking domain. 3+ years of experience working with Baker Hill Next Gen or similar commercial loan origination/credit decisioning platforms. Strong understanding of commercial, small business, and consumer lending workflows. Knowledge of credit risk assessment, loan decisioning, and regulatory compliance. Customize workflows, forms, business rules, and user interfaces to align with business requirements. Integrate Baker Hill with core banking systems, credit bureaus, document management, and third-party fintech solutions.
Collaborate with analysts, QA, and operations teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
