As we continue to build out our US Facultative business, we are looking for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join us on this ambitious journey of growth.

* Primary Responsibilities:

*** Supporting brokers across the team
* Creating pre & post placement materials
* Constructing reinsurance submission materials
* Tracking reinsurer quotes, authorizations, and communication
* Building client presentations within Power Point
* Reviewing/editing documents such as large datasets within Excel, and reinsurance contracts
* Quantifying the impact of various reinsurance structures on individual large losses and/or insurance company financials
* Researching market trends
* Candidates need to have the ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

* Qualifications:

*** 1 to 3 years of experience in a reinsurance, underwriting or related position & environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a business-related field
* Interest in pursuing a career within Reinsurance
* Proactive, creative and analytical thinker that works well independently and within a team
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Desire and interest to pursue an opportunity that is involving client related tasks
* Ability to apply mathematical thinking in the business and insurance environment
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Strong time management skills and project management skills
* Detail oriented
* Highly motivated and committed to continually developing your professional skillset
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.The expected annual salary for this role is $80,000-$100,000; actual salary will be determined based on factors including candidate experience and work location. This role is classified as exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
