Description
The CFO will provide strategic financial leadership, overseeing all accounting, finance, and reporting functions. This role is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements. The CFO partners with executive leadership to drive business strategy, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth.
Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
+ 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility.
+ Strong knowledge of financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
+ Experience managing accounting teams and ERP systems.
+ Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
+ Proven ability to influence strategic decisions and drive organizational growth.
