Join our capital markets team to execute IPOs, follow-ons and debt offerings while building deep relationships with issuers and investors.

• Execute IPO, follow-on and private placement processes from mandate to closing.
• Prepare offering memoranda, investor presentations and pricing analyses.
• Coordinate roadshows, investor targeting and book-building activities.
• Monitor market conditions and advise clients on timing and structure.

• Flawless execution of capital markets transactions with positive client feedback.
• Strong relationships with institutional investors and syndicate partners.
• Mentorship of junior team members and contribution to team development.
• Progress toward expanded client coverage and origination responsibilities.

• 2-4 years in equity capital markets, debt capital markets or related investment banking roles.
• Track record executing public or private offerings with meaningful deal exposure.
• Strong understanding of securities regulations, pricing dynamics and investor behaviour.

• Thrives in fast-paced environments with tight timelines and evolving market conditions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for investor-facing materials.
• Collaborative approach with attention to detail and quality.
