** Vice President/Senior Vice President, Private Credit, Infrastructure Debt Investment

Macquarie Asset Management's Private Credit team invests in infrastructure debt assets on behalf of institutional clients, covering renewables, energy transition, digital infrastructure, and social infrastructure. ** Key Responsibilities**- Lead origination, assessment, and execution of new infrastructure debt investment opportunities across renewables, energy transition, digital infrastructure, and social infrastructure sectors
- Manage complex transaction structuring across both investment-grade and sub-investment-grade infrastructure debt
- Lead deal teams through the full transaction lifecycle, from origination to close
- Contribute to the continued growth of the Private Credit infrastructure debt platform
** Qualifications**- Demonstrated experience leading infrastructure debt transactions across multiple sectors
- Strong credit and financial analysis capabilities for transaction execution and ongoing portfolio management
- Track record sourcing investment opportunities and building relationships with borrowers and sponsors
- Experience leading deal teams; fundraising and investor management experience preferred

* * Base salary range: $225,000 - $275,000/year, plus eligibility for annual discretionary incentive compensation. Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and market data.
