Analyst ​/ Associate, Capital Markets

• Support debt placement and structuring for the US Real Estate Equity business.
• Prepare underwriting and financing materials for assets in the US Real Estate Equity business.
• Work closely with the Capital Markets team on transaction execution and build expertise toward independently running financing processes.
• Conduct market monitoring and research to provide real‑time information about real estate capital markets, including credit terms, pricing comparables and debt capital market trends.
• Maintain detailed data sets and reports for existing loans to support strategic decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate capital providers.

• 1–3 years of relevant real estate underwriting experience, real estate investment banking, or similar.
• Previous experience in real estate credit and an understanding of capital structures and the loan closing process is favored.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including a high degree of proficiency with Excel and Argus;
  PowerPoint experience is required.
• Demonstrated academic success with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or other analytical/quantitative fields.
• Strong analytical and creative problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented, with impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.
• Ability to prioritize deliverables, multi‑task, and work in a fast‑paced environment with firm deadlines.

Range: $105,000 – $180,000. Compensation is comprised of a base salary and a short‑term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation varies by geography to remain market competitive.
