Job Description

Investor Engagement Summer Internship – Early Careers Overview Ready to make your mark in the world of investments? Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9‑week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers you the chance to dive into the fast‑paced world of investments, learn from industry pros, and build connections that will last a lifetime.

In this internship, you’ll get hands‑on experience, one‑on‑one mentorship, and the inside scoop on what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you will have a variety of initiatives to keep you engaged throughout the summer including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side‑by‑side with talented teams to learn about the business.

Here’s the best part: crush your internship, and you could be eligible for a full‑time offer to join our Early Career Program after graduation!

What you’ll do
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on assigned tasks and initiatives
  • Attend team meetings, complete assigned projects within established timelines, and present findings to management
  • Prepare presentations, summaries, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
  • Seek feedback and guidance from mentors and team members to support learning and growth
  • Participate in training sessions and networking opportunities to further develop your technical and professional skills
  • Champion AI‑enabled ways of working and use AI technologies in your daily work
  • Leverage existing AI platforms and resources to help streamline manual processes, enhance analysis, and support team execution.
  • Communicate best‑practice sharing to help teams and leaders effectively incorporate AI into their work.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2028
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
  • All majors are welcomed with an emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Stats, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business‑related field
  • A demonstrated interest in investments
  • Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment‑based immigration sponsorship for this program.
