• Financial analysis and modeling
• Transaction structuring
• Industry research and competitive analysis
• Drafting memoranda for internal and external use

The volume of transactions and structure of deal teams require significant sharing of responsibility and ownership of work products.

The role can be based in New York City or Houston.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in investment banking, private equity or private credit
• Experience analyzing financial statements and conducting due diligence
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Proven track record of collaborating effectively in fast‑paced investment environments, with excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills

Expected annual base salary range: $150,000 - $200,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
