• support the origination and execution of capital markets and M&A transactions involving private equity clients
• support key work streams across capital markets and M&A transactions, including due diligence, financial modeling, and the preparation of client deliverables

You’ll be working on the Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York. The M&A team consists of professionals located in Menlo Park, San Francisco, New York, London, Hong Kong and around the globe. We provide advisory services to private equity clients to facilitate capital markets and M&A transactions involving their portfolio companies or new investments. We advise clients across all industries and geographies.

• Ideally 1+ years of investment banking experience
• Experience in originating and executing public and private capital markets and M&A transactions
• Ability to work effectively with private equity clients
• Strong understanding of leverage finance
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in all relevant financial analyses
• Demonstrated track record of taking initiative and managing teams
• Undergraduate degree
