, and restructuring transactions
. - Collaborate with tax experts and clients to structure favorable business and investment transactions.
- Provide strategic tax planning guidance and deal structuring support for clients.

- LLM in Taxation and 3-5 years of experience in tax law
. - Knowledge of domestic and international tax planning
, tax-free exchanges
, and business tax strategies. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tax compliance and business entity structuring
