This is our first dedicated finance hire. You ll own strategic finance end to end: the operating model, monthly metrics reporting, capacity planning, pricing and unit economics, and accounting & tax close.

• Own the operating model

• Run monthly metrics reporting

• Build and maintain live dashboards for ARR, pipeline, burn, and sales productivity

• Own the finance tech stack:
  Quick Books, Ramp, banking partners, billing system, including the integrations between them

• Manage tax, revenue recognition, reporting requirements, & financial compliance

• Manage the monthly accounting close with our accounting team

• Partner with sales leadership on comp plans, quota design, capacity models

• Prep board materials and support fundraising diligence

• 2+ years in investment banking or private equity, followed by 3+ years in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth startup

• AI-native. You should already be using AI heavily in your own work

• Experience at an enterprise sales company, ideally with infrastructure or usage-based focus

• Strong modeling skills. Driver-based, easy to audit, built for other people to use

• You've managed accounting closes

• Comfortable building and owning the entire finance function
