Decagon is building a finance function at scale and seeks a senior finance partner embedded in the revenue org. You’ll own planning, stress-testing bets, and capital allocation with the co-founders and leadership to drive GTM success.
You’ll design the incentive framework, own the GTM model, and provide real-time visibility into performance for the CRO/CCO and the board, while partnering across Rev Ops and Sales to ensure credible, scalable plans.
