Our client is an apparel and fashion manufacturer. They seek a Senior Director of Accounting & Finance to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and finance operations.
- Direct monthly close and daily financial transaction activities.
- Manage revenue reporting and monthly financial statements.
- Lead financial, bank, and regulatory audits.
- Develop budgets and oversee cash flow management.
- Implement financial policies and manage organizational risk.
- Ensure tax compliance and regulatory reporting.
- Improve financial systems and operational processes.
- Monitor inventory exposure, cost control, and customer profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance.
Requirements:
- 8 to 15 years of career experience from private or combo
- Hands-on operational accounting experience preferred
- Strong multi-tasker who can prioritize effectively
