Global Finance Associate

As part of this firm's market-leading finance practice, you will advise clients on a broad range of fund-level financing transactions, including:

• Subscription credit facilities
• NAV financings
• Hybrid facilities
• GP financings
• Structured capital solutions for investment funds

You will also:

• Draft and negotiate financing, security, and credit documentation
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transactions from inception through to closing
• Work closely with clients, lenders, banks, and other counter parties
• Take on meaningful responsibility and client exposure from an early stage

• 5-8 years' experience within fund finance, banking, structured finance, or investment funds
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and technical legal skills
• Strong project management and transaction management capabilities
• The confidence to work directly with clients and build long-term relationships
