- Summarize and analyze collateral pools

- Own the desk's loan portfolio management infrastructure
- Serve as point person for systems, models, and reporting used to monitor and manage the existing loan portfolio
- Act as a key internal touchpoint for risk, legal, finance, and other stakeholders seeking to understand transactions or the portfolio
- Build and deploy AI tooling to improve underwriting and monitoring processes
- Strong credit and analytical instincts
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Organizational discipline to manage and monitor a loan portfolio
- Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
- Heavy proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Prior experience in fund finance, structured credit, leveraged finance, private capital, or a related underwriting-intensive role is preferred
- Curiosity about using technology to reshape a financing business is a differentiator
- Applicants for this position in the Finance Division of NHA must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States
