Senior Associate – Private Credit | New York
A U.S.
-based alternative investment firm with $2.5B+ in AUM across five institutional strategies spanning public and private markets is expanding its Private Credit team.
We’re looking for a Senior Associate to work closely with senior Originations professionals and play a key role across underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management.
What you’ll do:- Underwrite and structure private credit investments
- Build and review financial models and investment memos
- Lead transaction execution from diligence through closing
- Monitor portfolios, covenants, and risk ratings
- Manage ongoing client and borrower relationships
- Support portfolio performance and optimization initiatives
Strong private credit experience with expertise in credit analysis, financial modeling, transaction execution, and credit structuring. Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are important.
