What You'll Do- Evaluate private equity and credit investment opportunities
- Perform advanced financial modeling and cash flow projections
- Lead transaction due diligence and prepare detailed reports
- Prepare investment memoranda for internal committees
- Monitor performance of existing investments
- Engage with general partners and stakeholders for insights
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or private credit
- Experience with financial modeling and due diligence processes
- Strong analytical skills to assess various industry sectors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with legal structuring and risk assessment in private markets
- Work in a collaborative and flat team environment
