Pantheon’s Infrastructure Investment Team leads the structuring, negotiation and closing of complex infrastructure secondary transactions, including primary fund investments, secondaries and co-investments. The role coordinates legal, tax and debt aspects to ensure timely, compliant closings.
Qualified lawyers with private markets experience will manage multi-jurisdiction transactions, supervise junior team members and drive process improvements across the deal lifecycle.
