Investment Management Documentation Negotiator

• Contract
• Hybrid - 4 days in office per week

• 5 years of ISDA and repurchase agreement negotiation experience
• J.D. required
• Experience in asset management, investment banking, or financial services
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Availability to work 4 days a week onsite

• Investment Management Agreement and Separately Managed Account experience
• Buy side experience
• Experience with separately managed account and investment management agreements
• Sound understanding of the asset management industry
• Knowledge of trading and derivative documentations, investment management agreements, and financial services regulation
• Working knowledge of funds and other commercial contracts within the asset management sector
• At least 5 years of experience in a major law firm or in-house at a financial institution
• Demonstrated employment stability and a record of successfully completing prior assignments are strongly preferred

• Focus on the negotiation of investment management agreements for the segregated account client base and trading and derivative documentations
• Manage documentation, negotiation, and project-management matters
• Design and implement solutions to manage legal and other risks for supported business areas
• Project manage workload and maintain/develop relationships with key stakeholders
