Treasurer

Manage and safeguard all daily cash flows and treasury operations, ensuring exact alignment between receipts and disbursements while maintaining strict internal controls. Utilize digital accounting systems and financial AI tools to ensure zero-variance accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with organizational governance standards.

• Receive cash, credit, and electronic payments from customers, issuing official receipts and system-generated vouchers.
• Disburse approved petty cash and operational payments against fully verified and authorized documentation.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations, verifying physical cash counts against system ledger records to ensure zero discrepancies.
• Leverage automated ERP tools and AI financial monitoring features to identify transaction anomalies and balance variances in real-time. Prepare and execute timely bank deposits for cash and checks in strict accordance with corporate security protocols.
• Maintain physical cash, vouchers, and sensitive financial instruments inside secure safes following strict risk protocols.
• Archive and index all financial vouchers, bank receipts, and digital payment records for internal and external audit readiness.
• Generate daily cash status reports and cash flow summaries for the Finance Department.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Business Administration.
• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in cash handling, treasury operations, or general accounting.
• Professional certifications in bookkeeping or internal controls are an added advantage.
• Proficiency with ERP financial modules (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo), POS systems, and automated spreadsheet models.
• Solid understanding of cash control procedures, counterfeit detection, and bank reconciliation methods. Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
