What's the Job?- Conduct comprehensive reviews of the compliance system, framework, and governance to ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of compliance controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit strategies and plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance standards are maintained and enhanced.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in compliance frameworks and governance within banking or broker‑dealer environments in the U.S.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
