Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market analysis and networking

Lead due diligence processes, including financial modeling, industry research, and competitive analysis

Develop and present detailed investment proposals to the Investment Committee Oversee the structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions

Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational advisors to ensure seamless deal execution

Establish and maintain strong relationships with portfolio company management teams

Monitor and enhance the performance of portfolio companies

Work closely with management teams to drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and value creation

Prepare and present performance updates to internal stakeholders and investors

Mentor and develop junior investment professionals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred5+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related sector

Demonstrated success in sourcing, evaluating, and executing private equity transactions

Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proven leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior team members

In-depth knowledge of market trends, industry dynamics, and competitive landscapes
