Senior Associate - Infrastructure Private Equity

Madison Hunt is partnered with a leading infrastructure investment firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its investment team and play a key role across the full investment lifecycle. The team has been very active, having completed multiple transactions year to date.

The firm focuses on essential infrastructure in the U.S. middle market, investing across Water, Utilities, Power & Renewables, Transportation, and Communications
. The team takes a hands‑on approach to investing and works closely with management teams to create long‑term value across its portfolio.

The Senior Associate will be involved in investment thesis development, financial modeling, due diligence, transaction execution, financing, portfolio management, and exits
, while working closely with senior investment professionals and portfolio company management teams.

• 4–6 years of relevant infrastructure investment banking and private equity experience (AT LEAST 1 YEAR OF INVESTING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST)
• Strong financial modeling and transaction execution skills
• Experience evaluating and executing investments
• Strong interest in infrastructure and real assets
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
