Investment Banking Associate - Financial Technology

We re partnering with a top-tier independent investment bank to add an Associate to their growing Fin Tech team in New York. This is a high-visibility seat working directly under two senior leaders with deep sector expertise, offering exceptional deal exposure, mentorship, and a clear runway for growth.

• Join a well-established Fin Tech franchise with a strong pipeline of M&A and strategic advisory mandates.
• Work closely with senior bankers on the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through execution and close.
• Gain meaningful client exposure and early responsibility on live deals rather than getting lost in a large, siloed team.

• 1st or 2nd year Associate
  , ideally an Analyst-to-Associate promote or a recent MBA Associate.
• Strong M&A deal experience, ideally across Fin Tech, Technology, Professional Services, or FIG

• Solid technical foundation: financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.
