Relationship Manager – New York

To serve as Innovest’s key representative for high-net-worth clients in North America, encouraging cross-border investments into Sri Lanka. The role involves delivering personalized advisory and demystifying the Sri Lankan market using credible data, regulatory guidance, and on-ground execution support.

• Acquire and manage relationships with U.S.
  
  -based HNW individuals and family offices.
• Promote and explain Sri Lanka’s capital markets, regulations, and macro outlook.
• Provide regular updates, research, and performance reviews to build trust.
• Coordinate closely with Innovest teams to execute investment strategies and deliverables.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and networking forums to generate new business.
• Guide clients on issues related to repatriation, tax implications, and compliance.

• Deep understanding of wealth management and capital markets in the U.S.
• Experience working with global families or emerging market portfolios.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to convey investment narratives.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to operate independently while aligning with Sri Lanka-based teams.
