Finance Director

Aramark is seeking a Regional Finance Director to lead financial strategy and performance across our Accommodation & Food Services operations. In this role, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis for multiple sites, partnering with operations leaders to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost control. You will ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards while developing tools and insights that support data-driven decisions.

You will mentor finance teams, champion process improvements, and model Aramark's culture of service, safety, integrity, and inclusive teamwork in all financial practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Own multi-site P&L oversight, driving revenue, margin, and cost performance.
• Prepare, review, and present timely financial reports and variance analyses.
• Partner with operations leaders to translate financial insights into action plans.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls.
• Develop financial models and tools to support data-driven decision making.
• Identify and execute process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
• Mentor and develop finance staff across regional locations.
• Collaborate with corporate finance on monthly close and reporting requirements.
• Support pricing, contract review, and capital spending decisions.
