This is a full-time, on-site role located in NYC, seeking a Financial Services Executive Recruiter, to work in our Investment Banking & Private Markets practice. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top executive talent within the financial services industry, specifically focused on the Investment Banking industry. Daily tasks include sourcing and evaluating potential candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with clients to understand their recruitment needs.

The recruiter will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments to provide superior service to clients.

We are also seeking high caliber executive search professionals to work in our Asset Management and Global Markets executive search practices (VP-MD).

• MD, Director and VP level sought.
• Strong Analytical Skills,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with executive search with a focus on Investment Banking - all sectors.
• For MD level - strong origination, track record and client base.
