SCI, the Leader in Real Estate Executive Search, is seeking a Vice President of Investments to join our client, a very active and well-capitalized industrial real estate investment platform.
The organization has discretionary capital and is looking for a Vice President to play an integral role in sourcing and closing a high volume of acquisitions of industrial assets in key logistics markets in the Northeast. The role is based in New York City.
Responsibilities- Deal sourcing and screening
- Working with brokers and sellers
- Market research
- Modeling and underwriting
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking and refining investment strategy
- Working closely with platform leadership
Ideal candidates will have a track record of sourcing and closing industrial real estate investments in the Northeast.
