Director, Renewable Energy Tax Credits

Madison Hunt has partnered with a climate-focused investment management firm as they seek to add a Director to run the tax credit transfer function. The firm manages $2bn of assets across its funds, including 6GW of operating assets.

The Director of Tax Credits will support the sale and structuring of transferable tax credits from the fund's portfolio with the expectation to place around $1bn of tax credits annually. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong execution capabilities, sound tax structuring experience, and the ability to partner closely across firm's ecosystem and other internal stakeholders

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in tax credits, tax equity, or related structured finance transactions. The role can be based in New York or San Francisco.
