Location: New York
Epiq Counsel is seeking a Tax Counsel to support our client, a leading global financial institution, in its U.S. tax function. This interim engagement involves hands-on advisory work reviewing credit agreements, ISDAs, and other transaction documentation, and advising on tax consequences for senior stakeholders.
The role covers U.S. and international tax research, treaty and permanent establishment issues, and serves as the tax voice across Legal, Business, Finance, and senior management.
