Position OverviewInvictus Real Estate Partners is seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial individual to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly on complex real estate debt transactions and support the full loan lifecycle from origination to exit.
The Analyst / Associate will work closely with our team across all phases of the investment process including underwriting, execution, and asset management. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about real estate finance and is detail oriented and analytical.
This role is based in our New York City office and will follow a hybrid work schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Work with the deal team to organize and analyze new real estate credit opportunities across all major asset classes
- Work with the deal team to prepare investment memos for Investment Committee
- Coordinate new deal intake and manage the closing process with external brokers, borrowers, third party consultants, and legal teams
- Assist with asset management of the existing portfolio, including maintaining monthly asset summary reports
- Conduct market research and maintain investment pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or related discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment banking, or related fields
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Advanced financial modeling skills
- Solid understanding of commercial real estate markets
- Thrives in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with senior leadership and clients
The annual full-time salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience level. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a benefits package.
