Financial Analyst, Corporate Finance
We are looking for an investment professional to join our Waste and Environmental Services team and help assess new investment opportunities across waste management, recycling, environmental services, and related infrastructure. The role will provide broad exposure to both transactions and portfolio company initiatives, with regular interaction with senior investment professionals, management teams, and external advisors.
The position will be involved across the investment lifecycle, including sourcing and evaluating opportunities, developing financial models, supporting transaction execution, and analyzing portfolio company performance. Key responsibilities will include building operating models, DCFs, LBOs, and financing analyses; evaluating business valuations and potential returns; and developing a clear understanding of the operational drivers behind each investment.
You will contribute to Investment Committee materials, manage and coordinate financial and commercial diligence, and help keep transaction processes moving efficiently. The role will also involve researching companies and markets, monitoring developments within the waste and environmental services landscape, reviewing portfolio company results, and supporting strategic and operational initiatives.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys analytical work but also wants to understand the businesses behind the numbers. It offers the opportunity to develop transaction experience, build sector expertise, and take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative and entrepreneurial investment environment.
