VP, Controller

A leading private markets investment firm is seeking a Controller to join its growing Credit Funds Finance team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with the Head of a well-established CLO platform while supporting a diverse portfolio of sophisticated private credit investment vehicles. 3x/week in midtown office.

• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, and valuations for private credit funds
• Manage quarterly and annual close processes, audits, and investor reporting
• Review fund financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Partner with portfolio management, operations, and external service providers
• Drive process improvements and support new fund launches and strategic initiatives

• CPA required
• 8+ years of experience, including Big 4 public accounting
• Private Equity, Hedge Fund, or alternative investment experience preferred
