Investment Banking Associate - Biotech​/Healthcare Services

A leading investment bank is looking to add an Investment Banking Associate to its Healthcare team in New York.

The team is seeking candidates with experience covering either Biotechnology or Healthcare Services
. This is an opportunity to join an established platform and work across a range of strategic and financing transactions within the healthcare sector.

The Associate will be involved throughout the transaction process, including financial modeling, valuation, industry and company analysis, due diligence, transaction execution, and preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
. The role will also provide significant exposure to senior bankers and clients.

• Execute M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Conduct industry, company, and market research across Biotech or Healthcare Services
• Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation
• Support due diligence and coordinate with clients, investors, and other transaction parties
• Work closely with senior bankers throughout the deal process

• Investment banking experience with a focus on Biotech or Healthcare Services
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience working on M&A and/or capital markets transactions
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
