Fund Portfolio Reporting @ Real Estate PE Firm

Coda Search is partnering with a leading real estate private equity firm to identify an Associate, Portfolio Analytics to join its growing lending platform. This individual will play a highly visible role supporting portfolio performance analysis, investor reporting, liquidity management, and capital formation initiatives. Working cross-functionally with Investments, Finance, Investor Relations, and Capital Markets, the Associate will gain broad exposure across the firm's real estate credit platform while helping deliver meaningful insights to both internal stakeholders and external investors.

• Support portfolio performance reporting across the lending platform, including analysis of investment performance, portfolio trends, and key operating metrics
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting materials for senior management, investment committees, and investors
• Assist with the production of quarterly and annual investor reports, presentations, and performance commentary
• Perform liquidity and cash flow analysis across funds and investment vehicles to support capital planning and financing decisions
• Analyze portfolio composition, concentration, leverage, and risk metrics to provide actionable insights
• Partner with Investor Relations and Capital Raising teams to develop marketing materials, fund updates, and analytical content for prospective and existing investors
• Support fundraising initiatives through portfolio analytics, due diligence requests, and responses to investor inquiries
• Work closely with Investments, Asset Management, Finance, and Capital Markets teams to ensure accurate reporting and data integrity
• Participate in special projects related to new fund launches, strategic initiatives, and portfolio optimization

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience within real estate private equity, private credit, investment management, investment banking, consulting, or a similar analytical environment
• Experience supporting portfolio analytics, performance reporting, investor reporting, fund analytics, or financial analysis
• Understanding of real estate lending, private credit, or alternative investments is highly preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with PowerPoint is required
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences
