The Senior Analyst will play a key role in improving Finance operations, reporting, and analytical workflows across multiple entities. This hands-on role focuses on analyzing financial and operational data, strengthening reporting, resolving exceptions, and supporting process and system improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze Finance workflows across billing, cash application, AR, collections, and payment processes.
- Support month-end close through accurate schedules, reconciliations, and variance explanations.
- Build and enhance KPIs, dashboards, and recurring reports.
- Perform ad hoc financial and operational analysis and present clear recommendations.
- Improve processes, work papers, templates, and reporting packages; support system enhancements and testing.
- Partner across Finance and other teams to resolve data and process gaps and support internal controls.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, FP&A, analytics, or financial services.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to analyze large data sets, validate results, and identify root causes.
- Strong communication, organization, and business-partnership skills.
