Position OverviewThe firm is seeking a Treasury Senior Manager to lead both day-to-day and strategic treasury initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and optimization of the firm’s capital and funding structure
.
Key responsibilities include managing short- and long-term liquidity needs, overseeing cash positioning across management company and fund entities, supporting credit facility structuring and administration, and strengthening treasury processes and controls.
This position partners closely with Fund Finance, Controllers, Legal & Compliance, Investor Relations, and investment teams to support disciplined capital deployment, effective risk management, and the successful execution of treasury initiatives across the firm.
Cash Management & Banking Relationships- Oversee daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, intercompany funding, and short-term investments across management company and fund entities
- Develop and maintain rolling cash flow forecasts to support near‑term liquidity planning and funding decisions
- Manage banking relationships, including negotiation of account structures, services, and fees
- Coordinate with Fund Finance and Legal teams on the structuring, renewal, and amendment of credit facilities, including subscription lines and other financing arrangements
- Monitor covenant compliance and reporting requirements across treasury‑related facilities
- Ensure timely delivery of lender reporting and documentation
- Implement and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls, including segregation of duties and approval workflows
- Develop management reporting for liquidity, cash balances, credit facility utilization, covenant headroom, and other key treasury metrics
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, including cash flow forecasting and scenario analysis
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
