Location: New York
- Lead all financial operations for the management company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management across the firm’s operating entities.
- Own the monthly close process and deliver timely, accurate management reporting, expense analysis, and financial insights to senior leadership and investment professionals.
- Partner with the CFO and firm leadership on strategic initiatives, including fund launches, portfolio support activities, compensation planning, and long-term growth initiatives.
- Oversee management company expenses, vendor relationships, payroll, allocations, and operating processes while driving efficiency and scalability.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and service providers while ensuring compliance with regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
- Enhance finance infrastructure through process improvements, automation, and technology initiatives to build a best-in-class finance function that supports the firm’s growth.
