Investment Banking Associate - Technology

Pearse Partners is working with a global mid-market investment bank on an Associate-level hire for its Technology M&A team in New York, driven by continued deal momentum and a robust live pipeline.

• Advise on M&A transactions across Technology, with exposure to sub-verticals including AI, software, tech-enabled services, and fintech
• Own transaction execution end-to-end, from origination through to closing, including drafting IMs and teasers, building financial models, and preparing client materials
• Lead on valuation work, sector research, and management of due diligence work streams
• Work closely with senior bankers to support and grow relationships with corporate clients, financial sponsors, and strategic acquirers

• 3–5 years' investment banking experience, ideally with prior coverage of AI, software, services, or fintech
• Demonstrated M&A execution experience across sell-side and buy-side, public and private deals
• Strong financial modelling and valuation capability, comfortable owning deliverables independently
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting
